OVERSIZED ITEM RETURN POLICY

Returning Oversized Items:

  • Return Window: You can return most new, unopened oversized items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in new and unused condition with all original materials included.
  • Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to reasons like refusing delivery without inspection, missing a delivery appointment, or returning a non-defective product, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, which range from $100.00 to $695.00 or more, depending on size and weight.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

Replacement & Refund:

  • Free Replacement: If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement at no extra charge and pick up the damaged item for free.
  • Refund: If you prefer a refund over a replacement, ensure the product is packed as it was sent to you.

Inspection is Key:

  • Before Signing: DO NOT SIGN the Bill of Lading until you have inspected the item.
  • Post-Delivery Issues: If you notice any damage after delivery, contact us immediately with details.

Documentation:

  • Note Damage/Defects: Always note any damage or defects on the delivery paperwork. Failure to do so may result in a denial of your claim.
  • Photos: Take pictures of the damaged areas and keep all packaging materials until further notice.
