How Will My Order Be Delivered?

Parcel Perfection
Smaller items will arrive via USPS or UPS. But if you’ve ordered something more substantial—like a side table or a stylish centrepiece —it might come through our trusty freight partner.

Curbside Coolness
For larger items, we offer curbside delivery. We’ll bring your purchase to your residence, but you’ll need to be there to meet us. No unpacking or setup included, and you might find yourself the proud new owner of a shipping pallet or crate.

Fancy the White Glove Treatment?
For a little extra pampering, ask about our White Glove delivery service. We’ll handle everything from delivery to setup, so you can sit back and relax. Just drop us a line at info@fragmentt.net  to get started.

Notifications & Multiple Shipments

Stay in the Loop
You’ll receive a notification 36 hours before delivery to schedule your drop-off. Plus, we’ll send tracking info once your order ships, so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Got Multiple Items?
We usually wait until everything is ready before shipping, but if you’re itching to get part of your order sooner, we can split shipments for a 15% shipping fee.

Tweaking Your Shipping Info?

Need to change your shipping details after you’ve placed your order? We’ll do our best to help, but please note that changes might incur a re-consignment fee of up to $200.
